South Australia's first Farmers Market - set up in 2002 to provide a venue for small producers to sell their finest and freshest food direct to customers. The Market offers an authentic regional food experience where visitors can meet the people who grow, raise, catch and make their food. Stalls feature fresh seasonal produce, artisan foods and handcrafted goods sourced from across the Fleurieu Peninsula and surrounding regions. Recognised as Most Outstanding Farmers Market at the Delicious Produce Awards in 2019 and 2021, and is a Hall of Fame inductee in the SA Tourism Awards for Food Excellence.
