A new liquor brand based in Northern Melbourne, run by owners Bonnie McNabb and Tim. Walker Moore Distilling Co. makes a gin and a grapefruit cello, which can be enjoyed on their own or mixed together for a summery cocktail. Products are sold in 700ml and 200ml bottles, plus cocktail packs with mixers. They attend markets across Victoria with their own customised marquee and require no electricity.
