The Kiln Collective is a showcase of food and drink from local Tasmanian producers. It's a place to taste, learn, and connect with the region through the work of its passionate local makers. The Kiln Collective is home to Bruny Island Cheese and Beer Co., Haddow & Dineen, Wild Mother Tasmania, and Henskens Rankin of Tasmania. Guests can enjoy tastings, shop products, and take part in masterclasses and guided experiences that highlight the region's craft and sense of place.
