The Healesville Organic Farmers market was established in 2004 to provide residents of the Yarra Valley with an opportunity to buy fresh organically grown produce direct from local farmers on a weekly basis. Since then it has expanded to include other local specialties including honey, seeds and seedlings, breads and bagels, homemade sweet treats, cheeses, mushrooms and locally roasted coffee. All fruit, herbs and vegetables sold are grown organically and other baked goods are made from organic ingredients where possible.
