The Bendigo Community Farmers' Market started in April 2010, providing fresh, regional and seasonal produce to Bendigo. Shopping at the farmers market means you get high quality, freshly harvested produce, in season, in a traditional, market square atmosphere. It also means that you are directly supporting the farmers of the Bendigo region, and thus contributing to the local community. The Bendigo Community Farmers Market is run by a volunteer committee, along with a paid market manager and communications manager. This market is proud to have some of our region’s best seasonal produce represented with us. By shopping at the farmers market, you are not only getting fresh produce, but you are also helping to support the local community.
